Focused operational systems, different stages

HanaWerk is validating YasminLink first, while keeping LilyFlow, AnnaJourney, and the transitaire exploration documented as honest product tracks at different levels of maturity.

LilyFlow

Front-desk and queue workflow system

Research track

LilyFlow explores how reception teams can manage appointments, queues, reminders, and public waiting visibility without adding heavy administrative overhead.

Not the active commercial focus right now. LilyFlow remains a research track for future front-desk and queue-management opportunities.

YasminLink

WhatsApp-first distributor order desk

Active validation

YasminLink is being shaped for suppliers and distributors who receive messy retailer orders through WhatsApp, calls, voice notes, screenshots, and informal messages, then need to turn them into clean draft orders.

Supplier-first validation around WhatsApp / voice-note to draft-order workflows. The goal is to learn from real order samples before building too much.

AnnaJourney

Agency-first trip operations system

New strategic track

AnnaJourney is built for Algerian trip agencies that need a private operational backbone for passenger intake, deposits, rooming lists, supplier coordination, and multilingual trip communication without becoming a marketplace.

Agency-first validation around domestic group trips sold through Instagram, WhatsApp, and direct inquiries.

Transitaires Auto DZ

Vehicle-import dossier workflow exploration

Exploration

Transitaires Auto DZ explores whether Algerian transitaires and high-volume groupeurs need a lawful operations desk for vehicle-import files: document checklists, missing-paper follow-up, file status, deadlines, repeated forms, and facturation without supporting shortcuts or illegal workflows.

Early discovery only. The next step is to interview more operators, study existing tools such as JCD, and identify whether one narrow workflow is painful enough to validate.
